The Plaza was the fist major community to be built in the Bay Area's upper peninsula. Three years later they found themselves surrounded by new developments. To stay competitive, we progressively replaced the media room, game room, lobby, and pool area furnishings. These minor changes in decor reflect this community's varied and ever-changing demographic.
